Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated fully qualified Electrician to join our team at HMP Huntercombe, a Category C men's prison. The role requires working Monday to Sunday in a supportive and driven environment, ensuring safe and secure electrical infrastructure for the facility.

Salary & Contract
Salary: £46,177.30 including £3,000 additional allowances plus a 5% salary increase in recognition of shift and weekend working. Contract: Permanent, Monday to Sunday.
Qualifications
* Certificate in BS7671:2018 (18th edition)
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrotechnical Services (City & Guilds/EAL), including relevant NVQs and competency assessments (AM2/AM2S). For example: 2367 or 2357.
* Two years’ experience working in a role as a fully qualified electrician.
* Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems.
* Good working knowledge of planned and preventive maintenance operations.
* Good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
