Job Description
G4S Secure Solutions are seeking an experienced and proven Business Development Manager with strong technical knowledge of Electronic Security Systems, CCTV/ Access Control/ Intruder Alarms (some knowledge Fire Alarm Systems would be an advantage but is not essential), to work nationally on new new business from Enterprise customers.
The key focus of this role is to develop key strategic relationships within the Enterprise market space, achieve sales targets and grow G4S Fire & Security Systems (G4S FSS) profitability, through the successful winning of major new projects within key target sectors.
We seek applications from experienced new business developers who have a demonstrably successful track record within the high-end high security systems market space winning contracts in this challenging environment, whilst delivering excellent account management/support and developing existing customers and contacts.
The successful candidate will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets in line with the business strategy and individual targets £1.5M whilst nurturing strong, professional and credible working relationships with the customer base.
