We’re looking for a detail-focused and highly organised Reward Specialist to join our growing HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR, payroll or benefits administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in ensuring our reward and benefits offering runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
As Reward Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of our employee benefits and reward programmes.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy and consistency across all reward processes.
This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role where you’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers to keep everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration & Coordination
* Manage day‑to‑day administration of employee benefits
* Coordinate salary sacrifice schemes (tracking, approvals, payroll updates)
* Act as first point of contact for employee queries
* Maintain accurate records across HR systems and provider platforms
* Track and report on benefits data, participation and costs
Financial & Process Support
* Raise purchase orders and track benefit‑related spend
* Manage invoices, contracts and documentation
* Work with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments
* Liaise with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers
* Ensure smooth and accurate delivery of all benefits processes
* Escalate any risks or issues where needed
Support Key HR Cycles
* Assist with annual processes such as:
o Salary reviews and bonus cycles
o Pension re‑enrolment
o Benefits renewals
o Gender Pay Gap reporting
o P11D and benefits‑in‑kind administration
Projects & Continuous Improvement
* Support reward projects and system/process improvements
* Help maintain clear documentation and audit trails
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experienced in HR, reward, payroll or benefits administration
* Comfortable working with data, systems and Excel
* Confident coordinating across multiple stakeholders
* Proactive, reliable and focused on delivering high-quality work
Desirable experience includes salary sacrifice schemes, pensions, P11Ds or supporting annual reward cycles.
