We are seeking a professional and confident Female Security Officer to join our expanding UK hospitality security team. This role requires a woman due to duties involving female searches, privacy‑sensitive areas, and guest safeguarding requirements.
You will play a key part in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for guests, staff, performers, and VIP clientele
Job Opportunity
* Maintain a confident, professional, and approachable security presence throughout the venue.
* Ensure the safety and protection of guests, staff, and property across hotel and theatre environments.
* Carry out female searches in accordance with venue policy, safeguarding standards, and legal requirements.
* Oversee access control, monitor entry points, and support all search procedures.
* Conduct thorough internal and external patrols to identify and address potential risks.
* Manage crowd flow and guest safety during live performances, events, and peak periods.
* Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, ensuring calm and controlled resolution.
* Produce clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports and maintain all required records.
* Communicate professionally with venue management, staff teams, and emergency services when required.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel safe, supported, and welcomed at all times.
Essential Skills
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
* Experience within hotels, theatres, or hospitality venues
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong communication and conflict‑management skills
* Smart, professional appearance
* Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
