Find your purpose. Shape your future. Build a career that matters.
We are recruiting multiple Engineering Maintenance Apprentices to join our Engineering Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship (Level 3), offering an exciting opportunity to start or develop a hands‑on engineering career.
Kick start your career in a high‑impact engineering role. Whether you’re just starting out, switching careers, or looking for a practical alternative to university, this programme will train you to maintain and optimise the plant, equipment and systems that keep essential industries running - including energy, manufacturing, processing and utilities.
You’ll gain real experience diagnosing issues, carrying out preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns, all while earning a salary and working alongside experienced engineers.
This apprenticeship is designed for curious problem solvers who enjoy variety. You’ll develop core engineering skills and specialise in one of three pathways: electrical, mechanical, or control & instrumentation. From working with motors and power systems to analysing data from sensors and control equipment, no two days are the same.
Alongside technical skills, you’ll build teamwork, communication and continuous improvement skills - setting you up for long term progression into roles such as Automation Technician, Lead Maintenance Engineer or Systems Engineer. If you’re looking for a career that blends technology, practical work and real world impact, this is a great place to start.
