Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the team to further lead the build out of the businesses compensation and benefits strategy.
Reporting into a fantastic CHRO, this role is crucial in developing and maintaining the organisation’s compensation and benefits frameworks. Operating at both a strategic and operational level, you will work closely with the CHRO and wider HR team to implement reward programs and play a pivotal role in helping drive the company’s growth strategy. This is a great opportunity for a Reward Analyst or Senior Reward Analyst looking to broaden their experience and step up into a Reward Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the CHRO to implement the global reward strategy and translate global reward policies into local programs.
* Manage global compensation and benefits frameworks.
* Develop salary bands for crucial roles in key locations.
* Develop and maintain effective reward communication strategies.
* Lead on cyclical reward processes and participate in relevant salary and benefit benchmarking surveys.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate experience in an international or global Compensation and Benefits role within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
* A hands-on approach with strong management capability and the confidence to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
* Strong business and financial acumen, with well-developed problem-solving, critical thinking and business analysis skills.
* Experience designing, promoting and delivering global reward strategies, with strong attention to detail.
* Proven ability to build effective relationships and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
