Job Introduction

* 40 hours per week
* You will be required to complete MET Police clearances
* Must have 5 years UK residency
* Fixed shift 11.30am-8pm Monday-Friday
* £26,988 per annum (bonus £1000 on segment targets)

We are now seeking a Helpdesk Operator to join our team located at Delta Business Park in Swindon, SN5 7WZ. This role involves working in partnership with a high-profile blue light service organization to be part of the customer experience property help desk.


Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to incoming queries via phone, email, and system in line with SLAs.
* Accurately log all calls, including caller details, problem severity, and actions in the CAFM system.
* Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) during out-of-hours shifts and escalate critical faults.
* Prioritize and escalate service requests using sound judgment.
* Support contract and service delivery teams to minimize service impacts.
* Collaborate with team members in a respectful and solution-oriented manner.
* Follow processes, procedures, and information security standards.
* Identify areas for continuous improvement.
* Participate in training and professional development activities.


Candidate Requirements

* Excellent customer service skills with a calm, professional telephone manner.
* Experience in helpdesk, call centre, or high-volume customer service environments.
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand situations.
* Proven ability to develop productive relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
