SAP Technology Architect & AI Senior Manager
We are seeking talented individuals with deep design and implementation experience in transforming our clients’ business towards a digital enterprise using SAP S/4HANA powered by BTP solutions. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring strong client delivery skills, whilst supporting business development opportunities to grow the practice.
The successful candidate will be able to:
1. Evaluate and implement the right SAP BTP cloud and Generative AI services to deliver modern, scalable, and intelligent cloud-based solutions for clients.
2. Demonstrate depth across all SAP BTP pillars—Extensibility, Integration, Data, Automation, and AI—designing architectures that leverage GenAI, AI Core, and Joule capabilities across complex enterprise landscapes.
3. Plan and facilitate design-thinking and AI ideation workshops to identify cloud, GenAI, and modern UI use cases that deliver tangible business value.
4. Help clients define future-ready technology roadmaps and target architectures, incorporating user-centric, AI-led, and GenAI-powered innovations on SAP BTP.
5. Solve complex issues in Application Development & Integration using services like SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite etc.
6. Advise clients on intelligent automation and AI adoption, including Generative AI, RPA, Machine Learning, and Agent-based solutions, aligned to SAP’s Business AI strategy.
7. Capable of supporting business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support in SAP Cloud Platform & Technology services
The Person
8. Demonstrable experience delivering end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programmes within a consulting environment, including complex, multi‑system landscapes.
9. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technology architecture across the full stack, including application development, integration, security, infrastructure, SAP BTP, and AI / Generative AI best practices.
10. Proven SAP Technology Architecture leadership, including designing architectures, leading technical delivery teams, and deploying solutions; at least two full S/4HANA lifecycle implementations preferred.
11. Experience producing high‑quality architecture artefacts such as Architecture Blueprints, Integration Architecture Diagrams, Extensibility Strategies, and AI / GenAI solution designs.
12. Hands‑on experience architecting and delivering at least one enterprise‑grade AI or Generative AI solution on SAP BTP (beyond proof‑of‑concept), with demonstrated scalability, security, and operational readiness.
13. Practical experience with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP AI Core, and Generative AI architectures, including RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks, vector embeddings, and knowledge graph–based approaches.
14. Ability to design scalable AI solutions on SAP BTP that integrate seamlessly with existing SAP and non‑SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, and external systems.
15. Experience advising clients on intelligent technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and agent‑based architectures, aligned to SAP’s Business AI and Joule strategy.
16. Demonstrable experience in leading and supporting pre‑sales activities, including RFP responses, solution shaping, demos, and senior client engagements, particularly for SAP BTP and AI‑led propositions.
17. Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems, translate business needs into technology architectures, and make pragmatic design decisions.
18. Experience in facilitating design, architecture, and AI ideation workshops, and translating outcomes into actionable solution designs and delivery plans.
19. Ability to build trusted client relationships through subject‑matter expertise, thought leadership, and consistent quality of delivery.
20. Proven capability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, including functional, data, integration, AI, and cloud engineering teams.
21. Self‑starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments, particularly in emerging areas such as Generative AI and intelligent enterprise solutions.
