Corporate Solicitor NQ – 3 years PQE
Are you a Trainee or Junior Corporate Solicitor looking for an opportunity to work with a leading law firm where you can learn from experienced Solicitors in the team?
This successful and profitable Top 100 law firm has big plans for its Southampton office, which has seen significant growth in recent years. It has an ambitious strategy and a strong leadership team steering it in this exciting new phase.
As a result of recent expansion, there is now an opportunity for a NQ-3 year PQE Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team. The existing client base covers an attractive range and includes quality work from various sectors. You'll be advising in relation to all aspects of company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders’ agreements etc. You will get all the support needed to help develop your career.
Your role as Corporate Solicitor will involve:
* Dealing with matters, typically transactional from SMEs, larger listed firms and those due to go public including M&A
* You will be advising on top quality work in a very well regarded Legal 500 recommended team
* Autonomy in how your practice is run and developed
