We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Operator with experience running HP Indigo digital presses and lithographic presses. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality printed products, maintaining our production standards, and ensuring work is completed on time and to strict customer specifications.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various printing techniques. This role involves operating printing machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the output of allocated work within agreed timescales and quality standards.
* Operate HP Indigo printing presses in line with the production/planning schedule.
* Maintain the HP Indigo press on an ongoing basis, ensuring reliability and performance.
* Ensure all work meets agreed copy, colour matching, and quality standards.
* Work with specified materials and equipment, managing the allocation, issue, and return of raw materials.
* Strive to achieve production speed and productivity targets.
* Follow best working practices to keep costs to a minimum.
* Report any production or quality issues promptly that could affect delivery or product quality.
* Maintain full responsibility for press, ancillary equipment, and surrounding work areas — ensuring they are clean, tidy, and in line with 5S/housekeeping standards.
* Identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
* Experience running HP Indigo presses (essential).
* Ideally HP Indigo Level 1 Certificate in Series 7900 (advantageous).
* Previous experience with lithographic press operation.
* Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines across varied projects.
* Positive "can do" attitude with a customer-focused approach.
* Knowledge of available materials and willingness to expand expertise.
* Strong attention to detail with commitment to following operating procedures.
THIS ROLE IS FOR AN EVENING SHIFT OPERATOR 4PM - 12PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
