We need an experienced On-Site Project Manager to take full control of site delivery and protect the programme, quality, and margin.
Your Role
You will manage projects on site from the first delivery through to handover. You will coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and the main contractor. You will ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and programme dates.
You will act as the face of our business on-site. You will solve problems early, maintain standards, and keep communication clear and direct.
Key Responsibilities
• Take full responsibility for on-site FF&E installation
• Manage site teams and subcontract installers
• Review drawings and specifications before works begin
• Monitor progress against the programme and report weekly
• Control quality and complete snagging to agreed standards
• Attend site meetings with the main contractor and client
• Identify risks early and implement corrective action
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times
What You Bring
• Proven experience managing construction or FF&E installations on-site
• Strong knowledge of programme management and sequencing
• Ability to read technical drawings and schedules
• Confident communicator with contractors and clients
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control focus
• SMSTS or equivalent qualification preferred
• Full UK driving licence
