What You’ll Be Doing * Lead end-to-end projects - own the full delivery cycle, ensuring smooth execution, on-time delivery, and great client outcomes. * Be the client partner - act as the go-to contact, building trusted relationships and keeping communication clear and professional. * Drive delivery excellence - coordinate technical teams, track budgets, and make sure projects are profitable and successful. * Shape the future - contribute to improving processes and helping define how projects are delivered as the business scales. All you need to have to be successful as the Project Manager is: * Experience working on IT Projects ideally within an MSP environment * Demonstrable experience working with ConnectWise as well an understanding of the IT Landscape - Cloud, Cyber, AI, Connectivity and Networking. * Manage projects simultaneously and maintain great communication with stakeholders and customers.
