Responsibilities and Duties
* Support the House Manager and Assistant House Manager and deputise in their absence.
* Deliver first class service to our members including pouring the perfect drink and serving fantastic food with a big smile
* Supervise, train and develop your colleagues.
* Deliver internal and external functions and meetings.
* Manage club cash and stock in line with guidelines and policies including end of day cash up and stock counts.
* Cellar Management.
* Ensure compliance with our Premises licence.
* Promote and maintain a safe working environment for staff, members and guests.
Qualifications and Skills
* A fantastic attitude and personality are crucial for this role above anything else.
* You must be someone who takes pleasure in delivering great service to members and guests and be able to demonstrate this during a trial shift.
* Experience at supervisor level would be beneficial but is not essential.
