Key job responsibilities
1. Daily management of shift
2. Administrative management of associates
3. Job allocation to associates
4. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality, and safety
5. Analysis of data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
6. Monitoring the status of problem-solving queues
7. Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
8. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
9. Conducting 4M and 5S audits for work stations daily
10. Implementing formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
11. Continuously improving throughput and achieving sustained delivery performance improvements
12. Standing in for the Area Manager
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of macros is an advantage)
* Strong data analytics skills
* Knowledge of problem-solving tools
