This role will be best suited to an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys mentoring others and takes a considerate and progressive approach to leadership.
You will be able to create a family environment for young people in line with our ethos, which encourages development through a warm and nurturing approach.
We are looking for someone who has an established track record of running homes and will be required to oversee all aspects of the running the home. You will promote the development of a high-quality, stimulating, and educationally rich environment in which children and young people can thrive.
To be responsible for the management and operational delivery of the home and to oversee the implementation of standards as required by Ofsted. This role will be best suited to an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys mentoring others and takes a considerate and progressive approach to leadership.
Your starting salary is between £65,000.00 to £70,000.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience, qualifications, and training.
* Your hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility can be considered.
