Customer Communications Manager
to take ownership of our customer communications strategy and make every interaction count.
From the first moment of brand awareness through onboarding, installation, and ongoing support, you'll be the driving force behind clear, timely, and customer-first communications. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where technical know-how meets creative engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing customer journeys - Build and manage automated communication workflows in our email platform (Braze), ensuring every message is relevant, on time, and on brand.
* Creating impactful content - Write customer-focused copy that sets expectations, builds trust, and reinforces our reputation for clarity and transparency.
* Shaping strategy - Define and evolve our communications approach across the entire lifecycle: awareness, onboarding, in-life, and renewal.
* Collaborating cross-functionally - Partner with Brand, Engagement, Sales, Delivery, Onboarding, Support, and land access planners to keep customers informed throughout their journey.
* Championing customers - Balance business goals with empathy for the unique challenges of connecting rural homes to our network.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in customer marketing or communications.
* Technical skills in building automated journeys in CRM/email platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, MailChimp).
* Strong copywriting skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
* Based within commuting distance of Blandford Forum, Dorset, and happy to work from our office.
