Principal Data Analyst
Join Digital Health and Care Wales as a Principal Data Analyst on a fixed‑term basis. This role plays a key role in maximizing the potential of data to improve patient care across Wales.
Responsibilities
* Develop and coordinate key data flows into our warehouse environment to support critical workstreams.
* Lead and manage data engineers, warehousing and acquisition professionals.
* Deliver high‑quality service under pressure and meet fast‑moving deadlines.
* Maintain constructive relationships with a wide range of individuals and organisations.
* Provide managerial accountability for assigned staff and lead within your area.
* Implement and improve technical initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
* Strong technical skills in data analysis and warehousing.
* Experience leading and managing teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Welsh language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
