Senior / Master Vehicle Technician
1. Location: Aberdeen
2. Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
3. OTE: Up to £55,000
4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
5. Weekends: Optional, paid toward OTE
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior or Master Technician to join a well-equipped, forward-thinking independent Workshop in the Aberdeen area. This is a hands-on role suited to a high-level Technician who can work confidently across diagnostics, complex repairs, and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities in this Senior / Master Technician role:
6. Carrying out advanced fault diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket tools
7. Repair and service vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
8. Assist in leading technical workflow and mentoring junior staff when required
9. Carry out EV/Hybrid servicing and ADAS calibration (training provided if needed)
10. Maintain clear documentation and uphold safety standards
11. Liaise with service advisors where necessary for customer communication
Requirements:
12. Fully qualified at Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
13. Proven experience in a senior or master technician role
14. Confident with complex diagnostics and repair work
15. Comfortable using live data, scopes, and dealer-level software
16. EV/Hybrid training or qualifications advantageous
17. Full UK driving licence required
