The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who brings real depth in organic and paid social. You'll work across the full client portfolio day-to-day - contributing to SEO, content and broader digital marketing where needed - but social is your specialism and where you'll have the most impact.
You'll own social strategy and execution across organic and paid channels for a growing portfolio of clients, with the platform knowledge, creative instinct and commercial awareness to deliver results across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and beyond. You don't need to be a finished article, but you do need genuine hands-on experience, good judgement and an appetite to keep developing.
Key Responsibilities
* Social media - primary channel ownership
* Own organic social strategy and execution across client accounts: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit & beyond
* Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
* Develop content calendars, brief creative assets and write copy that performs on each platform
* Monitor, engage and manage community across client accounts where required
* Track and report on performance with clear insight and actionable recommendations
* Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging formats
Broader digital marketing
* Contribute to delivery across client accounts alongside the wider team
* Support content planning, briefing and execution beyond social where required
* Collaborate with other specialists on integrated paid campaign planning
* Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, content workflows and reporting
* Contribute ideas and energy to a team that values creativity and continuous improvement
Must Have
* 2 to 4 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in an agency setting
* Strong command of both organic and paid social across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Experience building and managing paid social campaigns with measurable commercial results
* Creative eye - able to brief designers, write compelling copy or ideally both
* Comfortable with analytics platforms and confident presenting results to clients
* Organised and able to manage multiple client accounts without losing quality
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Meta Blueprint certified or working towards it
* Video content creation or basic editing skills
* Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout or Later
* Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
* Familiarity with digital PR
* Experience with AI tools for content generation or creative briefing
* Experience working in an agency or start-up environment
