We're looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Essex team based in Essex.
Location: Essex | Hours: 40 hours per week

Overview
Join our dedicated team where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality maintenance services across our Essex contract. This is an opportunity to use your plumbing expertise whilst developing your multi-skilled capabilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on plumbing systems and building fabric
* Install new plant and equipment, diagnose and repair faults on systems
* Complete all necessary documentation, job packs and reports accurately and in a timely manner
* Work safely in accordance with work instructions, safe working practices and method statements
* Maintain plant rooms, workshops and storage areas to a high standard of cleanliness
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong background in mechanical maintenance with plumbing expertise, plus fabrication and basic electrical maintenance skills
* Extensive experience in both planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
* NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferable)
* Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer service
* Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and building positive relationships with colleagues and clients
