About the Role
This role helps ensure all learners can participate fully in school life, supporting those who need additional help with access, behaviour, or learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with additional needs across the curriculum
* Assist with inclusion strategies and interventions
* Promote positive engagement and routine
* Work with teachers and pastoral teams to remove barriers
* Encourage confidence, communication, and independence
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years of relevant UK education experience
* Understanding of SEN, behaviour, or inclusion needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Relevant CPD is desirable
* Strong relationship‑building and support skills
