Job Opportunity: Social Worker (Full-Time, Permanent)
We are seeking 2 dedicated full-time Social Workers to join our Neighbourhood Health and Social Care Teams in Blackpool. These roles are based within community health centres and involve working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective health, care, and support assessments for individuals and carers, helping them to remain well in their community.
