As a Contracts and Onboarding Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our people operations, driving process excellence, legal compliance and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll lead a dynamic team responsible for delivering a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for new hires, internal movers and emerging talent.
1. Leading and developing a team of Onboarding and Contract Administrators
2. Managing the preparation, issuing and tracking of employment contracts
3. Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new starters
4. Collaborating with legal and HR teams to maintain compliant contract templates
5. Driving process improvements and monitoring performance against SLAs
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Contracts and Onboarding Manager
6. Proven experience in HR administration, contracts management or onboarding coordination
7. Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
8. Excellent organisational and time management skills
9. High attention to detail and accuracy
10. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications for the Contracts and Onboarding Manager
Essential:
11. Relevant experience in HR or contract administration
Preferred:
12. CIPD qualification or equivalent
13. Experience with digital contract management platforms
14. Familiarity with onboarding tools and HR software
