Oculus are currently working with a Top 30 National law firm, based in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step into a senior position.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a very competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000.
This position sits within the firm’s Real Estate team, specifically focusing on Corporate Occupiers. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as:
* Acting for major corporate clients in all aspects of property work, including acquisitions and disposals (both freehold and leasehold)
* General estate management work
* Providing real estate support on corporate transactions
* Working with high-profile clients, including a large international sports company, a major UK coffee chain, and many other household name brands.
