Role Overview You will deliver a range of Bupa health assessment products in onsite corporate environments and clinics & actively work with our customers to identify lifestyle changes that will directly impact their health & wellbeing. Help people make brave decisions & take the steps that will lead to our customers leading longer, healthier, happier lives. You’ll help us make health happen by: Carry out Bupa health assessment tests in accordance with Bupa Health Clinics policies and protocols Refer customers to a Bupa Doctor as required – work as partners to manage the Customer’s Health Assessment Have an open & honest conversation with our customers about lifestyle & behaviour changes they can adopt in order to lead a longer, healthier, happier life Promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle for our customers in accordance with Bupa current clinical policy and recommended national and international guidelines Give individual lifestyle advice appropriate to customer needs with reference to their health risk, health assessment results and their health and wellbeing goal Promote lifestyle coaching Deliver effective lifestyle coaching if required and trained Promote the benefits and features of Bupa Be.Me Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition Customer-facing experience Experience of performing measurement or assessment in a health and fitness or medical environment (desirable) Accuracy in information recording and working within clinical guidelines Empathy and ability to motivate customers to make positive health changes Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues Analytical skills and attention to detail IT skills including proficient on Microsoft Office systems and all other systems needed for health assessment delivery.
