Scope Liaising with all departments within the business, suppliers, and Contractors. Raising Purchase orders and processing invoices. Supporting Management when required, organising events, corporate printing, and communicating with waste carriers. Overview Provides administrative support for Senior Management Team and departments. Maintain running of Purchasing department which consists of raising orders, processing invoices and Support all departs with order requests. Responsibilities: Efficiently raise and process purchase orders requested by Engineers, Facilities, and all other department within the business Effectively communicate by email and phone with stakeholders, Vendors, and all employees Control, order, and maintain consumables and floor stock supplies. Prioritise urgent requests from Management all departments that could potentially stop production. Source components and services when required for internal projects or a customer requirement. Setup new vendors on the system Attend regular supplier meetings. Records data as required. May Issue workwear to all employees Supervisor contractors on site when required. Carry out any reasonable request by the management team. Arrange lunch for meetings and training courses. May plan meetings and organise corporate events. Must be flexible in their approach to work and tasks to meet the needs of the business. Assists with the preparation of ISO Documentation Prepares and may analyse reports for the department. Prepares presentations, spreadsheets, and documents for Managers Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience: Education Good General level of education Good Maths and English Experience Admin experience Customer Service experience Negotiating with suppliers Knowledge Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including outlook, Word, excel and Power point. Skills & Abilities Excellent Attention to detail. Ability to focus throughout working day. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good general level of education Interpersonal skills Organisational skills Teamwork Confidentiality and discretion Customer service Dependability Behaviours Must be able to effectively work within a team environment or independently as required.
