Duties
* Manage and deliver retail projects from inception through to completion
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and Experience
* Relevant degree within architecture
* Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Vectorworks is advantageous
* Experience working on projects within the retail sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent technical and design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Kilby area
