The University is seeking to appoint a Campus Card Services Administrator to provide administrative support to the Campus Card Services function within IT Services and be the first point of contact for all enquiries and requests.
With experience of working in an office environment. as a first point of contact you will need to be articulate, with excellent interpersonal skills and a good listener with strong self-motivation and ability to display initiative.
Further important attributes will include:
* A strong command of Microsoft Office for email, diary and document creation.
* Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
* Willingness to be flexible and take on new administrative tasks as required. Ability to work well in a small team
Experience of delivery within a Higher Education environment would be an advantage.
