You will advise on a broad range of high quality corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, restructures, investments and general corporate advisory work. The client base includes owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, family owned companies, investors and larger commercial organisations operating across a variety of sectors.
