We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator to support our Maintenance business by managing service data, ensuring system accuracy, and improving operational workflows. If you're a tech-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for staying organised in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to and managing JIRA system tickets with speed and accuracy.
2. Entering and maintaining data across multiple business systems and applications.
3. Updating and aligning work schedules between Excel and internal platforms.
4. Supporting operational teams by assisting with reporting, scheduling, and client portal updates.
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining clear audit trails.
6. Identifying and suggesting process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* Comfortable using systems to classify, analyse, and manage information.
* Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience with work scheduling tools, service request systems, or client-facing portals.
* Familiarity with JIRA or similar task/ticket management platforms.
