Role: Senior Support Worker
Location: Conkers, Mirfield
Salary: £14.31/hr plus great benefits and enhanced rates of pay for overtime and bank holidays
Hours: 37.5hrs
Please note this role requires experience in leading a team within a social care setting, but additional training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Conkers is a lively and welcoming 7-bed residential home for Young Adults who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. We are looking for amazing new people to join our team.

As a Senior Support Worker at Conkers, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day-to-day duties will include:
* Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
* Promoting person-centred, high-quality care
* Conducting supervisions and one-to-ones with staff
* Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation, including care plans
* Administering and auditing medication(s)
