This hands-on role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong background in logistics and export operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of perishable logistics, including planning, transportation, and delivery schedules. Liaise directly with customers, trucking companies, and export partners to ensure smooth and timely operations. Maintain and manage export documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations & Ground Ops. Monitor and report on KPIs and delivery performance. Ensure high standards of paperwork accuracy and record-keeping. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Support the development of scalable logistics systems as the business grows. Be available for flexible working hours to accommodate transport schedules and time-sensitive deliveries. Skills And Experience Proven background in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the food or fish processing industries. Experience with trucking and international export logistics. Understanding of export regulations and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes. Adaptable and responsive to change in a fast-moving business environment.
