A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join our team at Atholl Palace Hotel. Pitlochry's award winning 4* hotel based on the edge of town with majestic views of the mountains and the town
This is a full time position with various shift patterns so flexibility to work evening and weekends is a must.
The role:
-Provide efficient and friendly check in and check out service
-Answer phone calls and assist with any enquires
-Provide hotel and local information to guests
-Complete end of shift procedures
-Cash handling
-Taking and inputting guest reservations
The Person:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
-Strong customer service skills with a good level of spoken and written English is essential as is a friendly and out going personality.
