As our Reporting & Analytics Manager, you'll lead a newly formed, high‑performing team at the heart of the Quality, Environment & Assurance Directorate, driving transformative insight, regulatory excellence and operational improvement across the organisation The Quality, Environment & Assurance Reporting and Analytics Manager will shape and lead the strategic vision for how we maximise value through our systems, processes and data across the Directorate and influence the wider organisation. You will ensure that all reporting and analytical activity upholds the highest standards of impartiality, while unlocking greater value from our data to inform decision-making and strengthen performance. With your robust understanding of both organisational priorities, the wider regulatory landscape and our customers needs, you'll be a trusted voice for transparent, consistent reporting. You'll build meaningful relationships with regulators, influence industry‑wide standards, and shape the future of reporting frameworks across the sector. As the bridge between senior leadership, operational teams and external regulators, you'll ensure compliance strategies are delivered, risks are managed proactively and emerging reporting expectations are anticipated well ahead of time. You'll advocate for evidence‑based positions, guide enterprise‑wide readiness for new obligations, and ensure our reporting approach remains future‑proof and sector‑leading. You'll also foster a collaborative, inclusive and high‑performing team culture, coaching your team, allocating resources effectively and building trust through open, supportive leadership. Key responsibilities Define and execute a strategic vision for transforming the Reporting and Analytics team into a high-performing, industry-leading function. Establish a clear analytics product roadmap that aligns with business priorities while ensuring full compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements. Design and integrate robust monitoring programmes and sampling strategies to enhance data quality, operational assurance, and decision-making confidence. Champion continuous improvement across management systems, driving innovation, efficiency, and consistent high standards. Provide expert regulatory guidance and technical support to stakeholders across the organisation, strengthening governance and operational integrity.
