Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes.

* Coordinate with team members to plan menus, manage inventory, and ensure timely service.
* Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
* Lead by example in serving customers when necessary, ensuring excellent hospitality standards are upheld.
* Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
* Solid understanding of food production processes and restaurant operations.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to commercial kitchens.
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
