Salary: £29,131 - £31,226 per annum (salary range extends to £33,322) and associated benefits

Break delivers a wide range of services providing exceptional outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families, and is looking to develop and diversify those services to increase our support and geographical spread while always striving for constant improvement.

As our Recruitment Lead, you’ll take ownership of our recruitment activity, leading the process from start to finish.
This is a hands-on role with a focus on proactive candidate attraction, maximising use of our recruitment database and applying an agency-style mindset to find and engage the best people for Break.
What you’ll do:
· Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of roles.
· Proactively source and engage candidates, building pipelines and reducing reliance on agencies.
· Manage recruitment systems to ensure internal database is fully utilised.
· Partner with managers to provide advice on sourcing strategies and recruitment best practice.
· Oversee compliance and pre-employment checks.
· Represent Break at careers fairs and coordinate recruitment campaigns.
· Oversee the work of a Recruitment Administrator to ensure smooth processes and excellent candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
· Experience of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally with some exposure to agency-style sourcing.
· A track record of proactively finding and engaging candidates through difference sourcing channels.
· Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at pace.
· Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and pre-employment compliance.
· A positive, proactive approach with a passion for finding great talent and supporting managers.
