ABOUT YOU

As the Administration Assistant, you will be a highly energised mind-set with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually. You will be a highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Required skills and experience:

1. Good IT literacy skills – Fully Microsoft Office proficient
2. Previous experience in a purchasing role is desirable.
3. Proven customer service skills in a professional environment, both face-to-face and on the phone
4. Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
5. Motivated, self-starter
6. Encourage teamwork (promote operational synergies and alignment) to support each other, our customers and grow together.
7. Confident communicator (written/ oral) and able to build rapport, quickly and effectively.
8. Experience of working with sensitive/ confidential information

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Administration Assistant will provide full office support to the Business Support Manager and Admin team involving purchasing activities and duties discussed on a day-to-day basis. The main functions of the role will be assisting with purchasing, answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients and updating site trackers.

Key activities:

9. Purchasing support
10. Answering the phone
11. Booking lunches/couriers
12. Tracking employee’s holiday and sickness
13. Meet and greet clients
14. Setting up meeting rooms
15. General administrative support for the admin team and management support
