BAM UK&I are looking for a HR Project Advisor to support our job grading project. This role will play a key part in coordinating activities, managing data and supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in job grading and contribute to a major HR initiative.
This is a FTC up to December 2026.
Your mission
Project Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate job context interviews, workshops, and evaluation sessions. Prepare materials, take structured notes, and follow up on actions. Work towards the project plan, keeping up to date with action logs.
Data Collection & Tracking:
Gather and maintain accurate job-related data (job descriptions, org charts, profiles).Identify missing or outdated documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders to address gaps. Ensure records are kept up to date in spreadsheets and shared folders.
Framework Support:
Assist in testing and validating the new job grading framework. Collate feedback, track decisions, and support consistency across job families.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain clear, auditable records of evaluation activities. Help draft summaries, updates, and project communications [project updates, slides, briefing sessions, FAQ’s, Manager Toolkits etc] for HR and business stakeholders.
C&B Support:
Support other Compensation & Benefits activities as needed such as data analysis, document management, or coordination tasks, based on workload and skill fit.
Who are we looking for?
* Prior experience in HR, project coordination, or organisational development projects.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Confident in engaging with a range of stakeholders, including senior managers.
* Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a structured and deadline driven environment.
* Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Able to take clear, structured notes and follow through on actions.
* Familiarity with job evaluation or grading frameworks is desirable but not essential.
