We are currently recruiting for a Renewals Specialist to join our team at Kubus. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals by proactively engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to provide a seamless and efficient contract renewal process.
What Youll Be Doing:
Organise and administer renewal quotes in accordance with the established renewal process, identifying and communicating upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the sales team where relevant.
Engage with vendors and distribution to obtain support/license/subscriptions renewal quotations.
Create and develop all customer-facing documentation, ranging from quotes to comprehensive proposals, in collaboration with the sales teams and any other relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of renewals activities within the Salesforce system.
Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders for renewal-based queries.
Ensure that all renewals are accurately processed and invoiced.
Create any necessary service reports during the contract term.
Undertake any customer meetings/phone calls required alongside the sales team.
Provide detailed and accurate renewal forecasts, encompassing pricing, timing and any notable risks.
Assist in developing, maintaining and reporting on departmental KPIs.
Focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience and automation of the renewal process.
Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement to enhance the renewal process.
