Chief Technology Officer

A premium, multi-site brand - with clear ambitions to become the Third Space within its category - is now investing heavily in its technology capability as a core driver of growth and customer experience.
This is a career-defining opportunity to build and own the tech function from the ground up.
The role:
* Define and deliver the overall technology strategy aligned to business growth
* Build and lead the technology function - team, partners and infrastructure
* Own all customer-facing and internal systems across a multi-site environment
* Drive digital product development, platforms and integrations
* Improve data, reporting and insight to support commercial decision-making
* Optimise systems that enhance customer journey, retention and lifetime value
* Ensure scalability, security and performance as the business grows rapidly
* Act as a key strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team

We’re looking for someone who:
* Operates in founder mode - hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-focused
* Has experience in scaling technology within consumer or multi-site environments
* Understands the intersection of product, data and commercial growth
* Can build lean, effective teams and systems without overengineering
* Is motivated by long-term value creation and equity upside
The detail:
* c.£100–150k base
* Equity participation available for the right individual
