Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
* Assist in menu planning, including the creation of new recipes and seasonal offerings.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
* Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
