Part-Time Role: 27.5 hours per week

Our reception roles are varied, interesting, and require applicants to be self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide excellent customer service, compassion, and support to our patients. Purpose of the Role:
To assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner. To provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Person Specification
Experience
* Minimum of GCSE Level C in English or equivalent
* Experience of working with the general public
* Knowledge of general office procedures
* IT literacy, including proficiency in word processing, Excel, and data entry
* Good interpersonal skills and flexibility to work as part of a team
* Ability to respond appropriately to requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality
* Good organisational skills
* Calm manner when communicating with difficult people, in person or on the phone
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Flexibility to respond to the demands of the role

Salary: £24,441 to £27,961 per year. HRH usually appoints at the bottom of the salary range.
