Role and Responsibilities : Pastry Junior Sous
As a key part of the pastry department, you will:
: Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in creating exquisite desserts and baked goods
: Oversee your own section and contribute ideas to menus that delight guests
: Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
: Manage food production to meet high standards
: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols and HACCP systems
: Be involved in stock control and menu development
What We re Looking For
: Proven experience within a similar high:end environment
: Solid knowledge of culinary terminology and advanced pastry techniques
: Good understanding of Health and Safety standards
: Own basic equipment (knives, pallet knives, mini scales, etc.)
: Excellent communication skills and team leadership qualities
