We are a fresh and innovative MSP, looking for somebody to join our team.
The role includes some service desk work, some projects work and some on-site work with customers. The ability to learn new skills quickly will be vital to this role.
Candidates must be able to commute to our office in Sonning and travel to sites in the Thames Valley and London areas.

* We are an MSP with a roughly 50:50 mix of business and education customers
* We are a small team of 7 at present, looking for a 8th member
* We are all techies
* We have intentionally vague job descriptions as we like our colleagues to have a good understanding of the business as a whole and not to be limited in what they can do
Some facts about the person we are looking for (maybe you):
Essential
* A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn new skills
* A 'can do' attitude and interest in solving problems
* Good communication skills
* Politeness, courtesy and patience
* Driving license and access to a vehicle
Desirable
* Experience of working in customer service, ideally IT support
* Experience of the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms
* An appreciation of geeky humour
