As the Global Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will serve as a critical anchor for Siemens Energy’s international operations. You are responsible for ensuring the seamless, timely, and compliant transition of employees moving abroad (outbound) and those arriving in the UK (inbound). This role demands a sophisticated understanding of global mobility frameworks, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a passion for mentoring others.

Delegation & Strategic Management

Compliance Oversight: Lead the execution of on-time, compliant international delegations while adhering to Siemens Energy policies and global regulations.

Consultative Support: Act as the primary escalation point for complex delegation cases, providing high-level problem-solving and expert advisory services.

Operational Integration: Assist local departments and specific projects with administrative navigation and process optimization.

Financial Coordination: Direct payroll operations regarding the initiation and termination of assignment-related allowances or one-time payments

Coaching & Talent Development

Onboarding & Training: Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs for new hires, covering delegation workflows, travel expense protocols, and mobility standards.

Team Upskilling: Actively coach team members to elevate their technical performance and broaden their mobility knowledge.

Collaborative Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture by providing continuous guidance and support to the wider mobility team.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data quality audits to verify that team outputs align strictly with internal delegation processes.

Candidate Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Proven track record in Global Mobility (inbound/outbound) or International HR.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of international assignment types, mobility regulations, and industry best practices.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
