About the role
This is a part‑time role providing administrative support within our groups team, delivering daytime activities and work‑skills projects for people with learning disabilities. The role takes place in a small, friendly, often busy office environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administrative support to the groups team
* Planning and coordinating daytime activities and work‑skills projects for people with learning disabilities
* Maintaining accurate records and schedules using Microsoft Office
* Communicating effectively with team members, participants and external partners
Qualifications and skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good all‑round communicator and team member
* Methodical and professional approach
* Flexible and able to work within a busy office setting
