Warehouse Team Leader – Ashby De La Zouch

2. 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities:
7. Ensure 100% accuracy in checking outbound deliveries and products for timely customer dispatch
8. Promote and maintain safe working practices for yourself and your team
9. Complete all outbound and inbound load paperwork accurately and promptly
10. Highlight and report any quality or hygiene issues, including damage, to your Manager
11. Complete process control and quality documentation (QC Checks) within required timeframes
12. Support warehouse operations by undertaking additional tasks as requested
13. Lead by example, working flexibly to meet targets set by customers and the company
What we’re looking for:
14. Valid Flexi and/or Counterbalance forklift licences with the ability to operate safely
15. Strong knowledge of warehouse health & safety policies and safe systems of work
16. Ability to work well within a small team and independently to meet deadlines
17. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt and prioritise a busy workload
18. Good PC literacy, numeracy and literacy skills, with willingness to learn new systems
19. Methodical approach and dedication to quality and accuracy
20. Willingness to engage in further training including management and health & safety courses
