Location: Bromley (BR1) Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £26,000 Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday) Benefits: 20 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Administrator Key Responsibilities: Log and respond to maintenance enquiries. Schedule reactive and planned M&E works. Raise and update work orders and job records. Process material requisitions and liaise with suppliers. Maintain compliance documentation (e.g., gas and electrical certs, PPM logs). Communicate with clients, tenants, engineers, and subcontractors. Assist with reporting, invoicing, and timesheet checks. Provide general administrative support and manage shared inboxes.
