We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to work on planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Role Responsibilities:
* Carrying out planned works including kitchens, bathrooms, refurbishments, and general upgrades.
* Completing tasks across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, and basic plastering
* Working from job specifications and schedules to meet project deadlines
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
* Liaising with supervisors and other trades on site
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader within planned works
* Strong multi‑skilled background with a main trade preferred
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Own tools preferred
* CSCS card beneficial (depending on site)
