Room Leader - £30,000–£34,000 – Islington Daily life in this nursery centres on understanding each child as an individual, with learning shaped through observation, routine, and meaningful interaction. Thoughtfully arranged classrooms, a dedicated baby sleep room, and areas for messy and soft play create a setting where children can move naturally between activities. As a Room Leader, you’ll take ownership of your room, leading your team while staying closely involved in children’s development and building strong, consistent relationships with parents. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner in a nursery. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is essential. You must be confident leading a room and making day-to-day decisions independently.
